My profound thanks to the late Col Charles H. Reed and his cavalry, who brought the Lipizzaner mares out of Hostau in 1945 . My mare’s 3rd great grandmother was 3 months old when you rescued her. Without you, my magnificent mare would not have been in my life these past 17 years. There are no words to express my gratitude and respect for every one of you who was involved in the rescue. I would love to hear from any of you who were involved in this gallant effort.
Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!
